A+ ~~ Jeff was awesome! Our ceremony was very personal and he did a great job with many of our last minute changes. We had our rehearsal 2 weeks before the wedding and everything went wonderful the day of--even though he had been out of the country for a week before the wedding!Clergy Services of Kansas City

Rev. Don DavidsonA ~~ The ceremony was exactly how we discussed during our planning session and he was very open to the additional things we wanted to include as part of our ceremony. As it turns out he has known my aunt for almost 20 years.

She is Roger's wife, and an awesome lady. We met with her for an hour and a half before, and she gave a beautiful service that seemed like she knew us for years. She respected our wishes about not being overly religious. (We did have some prayer & she selected a reading from the Bible.) Great sense of humor, neat, neat lady. Highly recommend.

A+ ~~ Dr. Coleman did a great job. The ceremony was Short, sweet and to the point. He made it very personal, and it was beautiful. There isn't a whole lot more I can say! He was great!

B ~~ I was a little worried about him after we met three weeks before the wedding. I had never met him and booked on referral. I don't know if he was nervous or unfamiliar with our situation but we were concerned. He was supposed to be there at 5 (according to him) but did not show up until five minutes before the wedding. It caused a bit of stress but I had great attendents so they didn't even tell me what was going on. The ceremony was good-there were a few stories that didn't make much sense but the message was good and different than most I had heard.

A+ ~~ Dr. Coleman totally impressed everyone with the ceremony- everything he said was wonderful and personal to us. He let us personalize the ceremony and use our own vows, etc. Highly recommend him!

A+ ~~ I love this man! He was so sweet and did a great job with our ceremony. He had only met us once before and still managed to come up with personal things to say about us. Many people at our wedding came up to tell us how much they liked him. Highly recommend him.

A+ ~~ Amazing Rabbi. Does tons of interfaith marriages across the area (and across the US). He’s a bit of a humorist, so expect the unexpected (my favorite quote was "I’ve never married a man in a skirt before" in reference to my DH wearing a kilt). The entire ceremony was very personal. He does a great job explaining some of the Jewish traditions for non-Jewish guests.

A+ ~~ He did an amazing job. Granted he is our priest, so we do know him, but wow. He made the ceremony really personal and he explained things so well. Brent and I had our receiving line right after the ceremony and at least 30 people commented how wonderful he was and another one of our engaged friends decided to book him after seeing the ceremony. Father also attended the reception and it was great seeing him chill with the guests having a beer.

A+ ~~ Queen is a church that has held many events for my family and I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Father Cullen did a great job with our ceremony and we received MANY compliments on him and how great of a ceremony it was. The church was remodeled in 2004 and was decorated beautifully for the Easter season.

C ~~ He is the minister of our church and I love him and his wife to death. He did a wonderful job counseling Steve and I in our pre-marital sessions and we both walked away feeling like we had learned a lot about marriage and each other. We discussed the ceremony in extreme detail and I thought we were on the same page. I spent A LOT of time writing our ceremony and I really put my whole heart into it. I explained that I wanted the ceremony to TOUCH on God and the Church but I did NOT want it to turn into a Sunday sermon. I wanted the ceremony to be about Steven and myself and our vows BEFORE God but NOT have the ceremony PREACHED to the guests. I really felt like we were at church instead of at our wedding. I was upset that he had made such changes in the ceremony I had spent so much time on. During the ceremony I glimpsed the looks on the faces of the GM and it said "I'm bored to death, get it over with" which is NOT what I wanted our ceremony to be like at all.

B- ~~ Dennis customized our ceremony to what we wanted and made it very special to us. However, he was about a half hour late to our rehearsal. When he did show up, he took charge and directed everyone well. I liked his ad libbing at the ceremony, and he kept it short as I had asked. He accidentally handed my husband the wrong ring at the ceremony, though, and I had to whisper to him to get the other ring.
From: Orangina
A ~~ Rev. Hanna was really fun to work with. We're not particulary religious and he led a beautiful, romantic ceremony He was down to earth, funny, and best of all, super affordable ($150 I think)

Wonderful, wonderful man. Can’t say enough good things about him. He took control of the rehearsal and kept us on track (which we desperately needed). He added a few ad libs into our ceremony, which worried me at the time, but I loved everything he said. He was humorous and serious at the same time. Finding an officiant was the part of the planning process that scared me the most. I’m so glad one of my fellow realies recommended him to me.

I'm so incredibly grateful that not only was our officiant someone I knew, but someone to whom I could hand over the responsibilities of the day 100%. She surpassed any and all expectations I might have had. She wore several hats: officiant, dress cleaner, DOC, guest wrangler, and most importantly: friend. Thank you Jill!!!! PS: she even brought hubby to help videotape! Just awesome people.

A ~~ She was organized and on the ball. She arrived early and chased down all the necessary signatures for the marriage license. The ceremony was originally written and just the right length.

Tim is a friend that we met in college, he has known Ron and I as long as we've known eachother. He did a fantastic job. He let Ron and I have freedom to write all of our vows and such, and then he added his sermon and personal touches. It was a very lovely ceremony, he did a great job.

C ~~ We did the rehearsal/ceremony package. It was suppose to include a “wedding coordinator” that would help with running the rehearsal and keeping everyone in their places for the wedding. We never had one. He was great at the rehearsal and everything went really smoothly. He was suppose to be at the hotel at 5:30, ceremony starting at 6 pm. 5:50 still no minister! He showed up at 5:55, and the ceremony went pretty well (he messed a couple things, such as instead of having us repeat the vows after him, he just read them through and then had us say “I do” afterwards -- would be a bigger deal if DH and I weren’t a little nervous/stress at that point and the “I dos” worked a lot better then us actually repeating after him would have!) Overall, it was a great experience working with him, but I’d double check on times and that the wedding coordinator actually exists before depending on it too much!

B ~~ Found him under Local Resources on the Knot. He was on time but unprepared. I had emailed him a copy of our ceremony - twice - and called to confirm that he'd received it and it was okay. I have two emails from him saying he received the ceremony wording and that it was okay. When he showed up the day of - he said he'd never received anything. He read the ceremony from my extra copy I'd given to the readers with no problems. I was just a little upset that he said he never received anything when I had an email and verbal confirmation...But, overall, he was very nice and everyone said the ceremony was beautiful.
